  the showers have low water pressure are open so you don't get any privacy, most of the toilets are out of order and the general wash area is pretty dirty. The pitches are covered in ants nests...don't know how this place has a 4.1 rating...the only good thing is the staff were helpful when we arrived. It is expensive for what you get.

  The camping is a bit tired, but very good value. The shade is adequate, plenty of hot water, very quiet, surrounded by beautiful countryside and close to a wonderful, atmospheric Monastery. A quaint village is close by. Campsite bar serves fantastic freshly cooked food, we both enjoyed large platfefulls of lamb chops fried eggs and chips. Yum yum. The lady in charge is very helpful and speaks English like a native.

  Laura gave us a very warm welcome and her english is excellent. Nothing was to much to ask. The campsite is not in pristine condition but is adequate for an overnight stop. The cat is very friendly.

  The first comment l read on the Acsi review was that this campsite is 'basic' which does not do justice to this great little campsite. To be fair to Acsi the facilities are basic although clean. Loo paper is provided though you need to take your own soap. A genuine and friendly welcome great fast service delicious home cooked meals at reasonable prices. I particularly recommend the white bean soup! At 15 Euros per night for our motor home and two people fantastic value for money. We shall definitely visit again.
